I Smart Life Foundation, a Section 8 Company, is founded on the guiding Mahavakya from the Upanishads, Ayam Atma Brahma—"This Self is Brahman." Our mission is to integrate consciousness and mind synthesis into everyday life through research projects, workshops, and courses that promote self-exploration, work-life balance, and self-realization.
As lifelong researchers in consciousness and science, we are dedicated to fostering world peace, bliss, universal love, and sustainability. We guide individuals and organizations toward adopting green, sustainable practices, with a particular focus on achieving net-zero goals.
Our culture is one of admiration for the richness of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) and the celebration of multi-diversity. While we embrace and respect the unique traditions, values, and knowledge of different cultures, we are united by our shared commitment to harmony and conscious living.
At I Smart Life Foundation, we aim to foster a conscious, sustainable world by integrating nature's spirit with scientific innovation. We focus on green habitat development, holistic life practices, and transformative educational experiences.

The Sanskrit term Ayam means ‘this’. ‘Atma refers to ‘Atman’ or Self. Brahma is Brahman, the Supreme Entity. Hence AyamAtma Brahma means ‘Atman is Brahman’. What is Atman? Bodha defines Atman as ‘that which is other than the gross body, subtle body, and causal body, which is beyond the five sheaths of the body (Annamaya Kosha, Pranamaya Kosha, Manomaya Kosha, Vijnanamaya Kosha, and Anandamaya Kosha), which is the witness of three states of Consciousness (Jagrat, Svapna, and Susupti) and which is of the nature of Existence– Consciousness–Bliss’. This Atman is Brahman. Brahman is the Supreme Entity which alone is real.
